5.1. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. AGO Knives cannot be held responsible for delivery delays in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events.

5.2. Delivery times are indicated on the AGO Knives website and vary depending on the destination. The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products upon receipt and to immediately report any damage or anomaly to AGO Knives.
