Withdrawal and refund

7.1. In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, from receipt of the products.

7.2. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform AGO Knives in writing (by mail or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw.

7.3. Returned products must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7.4. AGO Knives undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer or credit to the customer's account
